Dressing Recipes








I encourage people to eat at least one large salad daily.  However, I often hear people complain of boredom with frequent salads.  The key lies in varied ingredients and delicious homemade dressings.  Not only do the homemade dressings taste fresher, but they are much healthier.  You can rarely find a commercialized dressing that isn't loaded with sodium, saturated or trans fats, artificial sweeteners, additives, preservatives, mysterious synthetic ingredients, or sugar.   If you do, it will cost you about five bucks a bottle.  So, it is important to use recipes with common ingredients that can be thrown together in a couple of minutes.
