Green Lemonade - Use a big fistful of kale, seven stalks of celery, one inch piece of ginger, two apples, and one lemon with the ends cut off - only include the peel if you have a juicer.

Juicing is a wonderful way to increase your nutrient intake. Since juice is more readily and easily absorbed, it is ideal to use organic fruits and vegetables, when able, to reduce exposure to chemicals and pesticides. I do not have a juicer, so I use my Vitamix, a high-powered blender, which leaves the pulp, fiber, and nutrients in tact.
Below are a variety of juice combinations to try followed by videos with useful tips. Add ice to chill as desired. Since I use a vitamix, I often use water or 100% Pure Simply Orange Juice to provide a thinner consistency.
