I have made and adjusted the following high-nutrient recipes for personal preferences and health modifications to significantly reduce or eliminate the use of:
  • Additives, preservatives, excessive oils, refined flours, non-nutritive simple sugars, artificial sweeteners, animal products (saturated fat and cholesterol), trans fats, and salt.
